PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND GENERAL NOTES:

WALSH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY II is interested in receiving your proposal for the VA Building 24 Seismic Correction / Addition, Fresno, CA by 3:00 PM PACIFIC on September 17, 2013. If you are interested in providing a proposal for this project, complete and return the top of this form along with our Qualification Questionnaire, Small Business Self-Certification, and a brief Capability Statement (optional). You may re-submit previous forms, initialing necessary revisions, including submittal dates and the VAs RFP number. Description of the Project: This solicitation replaces similar opportunity which bid on June 25th under government RFP number VA261-13-R-2411 (never awarded). The scope includes bringing Building 24, of the Veteran Affairs Central California Health Care System, into compliance with current codes. Building 24 is an existing 3 story office with research lab facility and adjacent auditorium building. In addition, the project will construct additional clinical research space on the 3rd floor over an existing 2nd floor roof. This new space will support office, administrative, training, conference, and research space of approximately 3,843 square feet. The estimated magnitude of this entire construction project is between $5 MIL and $10 MIL. The bid documents are posted on our Newforma website. Subcontractors can access this information following the directions found on page 3 of this document.

Double Click on the file and extract the files from the Zip folder and you should have all the files within the Zip File in PDF and can be open with Acrobat Adobe. o If for some reason when you download the files and the file is not recognized, try renaming it and add .zip at the end of it.
