An evening of recitations and music. Audience is invited to contribute poems, prose or music. It promises to be an exciting evening and all are welcome to contribute or simply sit back and enjoy.

Michelle Burke and James Ross present their sell out 2012 Edinburgh Fringe Festival Show. A collection of songs from the Irish tradition interspersed with stories, memories and tales in a quirky inviting parlour setting.

Henry Marsh and friends are again staging this very popular event. Be inspired by the poetry and music in the mystical surroundings of Rosslyn Chapel. This year the poets will be taking their inspiration from nature.

Fri 27th September 7 pm MIKE VAS AND FIONA HUNTER The Hub, Bellman's Rd, Penicuik (doors 10/8 (concession) Fiona Hunter launches her debut solo album in open) Penicuik Hub as guest of Penicuik Folk Club. Fiona is one of Scotland's
foremost traditional singers. She has been singing as part of renowned folk song group Malinky for the best part of a decade.

Penicuik Turner Prize & People's Favourite Award West St Arts Centre. Come and see who's won the awards and a raffle for an original piece of work from the exhibition (all proceeds go to the PCAA). The Penicuik Turner Prize with be judged by renowned sculptor, David Annand and the peoples award presented by Penicuiks Citizen of the Year Mose Hutchison
