My Tinola Ingredients 2 tablespoons oil 1 kilo of chicken (cut into parts) 3 pcs of sayote 4 tablespoons of ginger (cut into

f ginger (cut into strips) 1/2 of clove of minced garlic 1 diced medium onion 1/2 cup dahon ng sili 5 cups water 4 tablespoons of fish sauce pinch of salt and pepper Heat oil and saute' first the ginger for a few seconds. Then add the garlic and onion. Add the chicken and then add water gradually. Bring to a boil and let it simmer until the chicken meat is cooked. Add in the sayote, allow to cook. Put the fish sauce, salt and pepper. When ready to serve, put in dahon ng sili and pour the calamansi extract.. Ready to serve.
