I am residing in the a' OYe address . I had already given my
statement in connection v.ith investigation in Cr,No 141/ 10,& 142/10 of
bidadi PS before Sri Yogappa SP,CID Bangalore on 27.08.10. This day
Sri N.M.Ramalingappa Dysp CID Bangalore approched me at my
residence and asked me whether i can identifiy the voice of Sri
Nithyananda swamy and his deciples. I said i was very close associate
with Nithyananda swamy and his deciples from the year 2004. if i hear
their voice I can identifiy .He showed me a CD/DVD having signature
of Sri Nithya Dharmananda, you informed that this CD was produced
by sri.Nithya Dhannananda @ Lenin the complainant in this case, said
to be containing the Telephonnic conversation between Sri.Nithya
Dharmananda @ LeD;in and Sri Nithyananda swamy and his deciples
.The same was played with the help of a Laptop. I heard it, the
conversaton was between Sri Nithyananda swamy and LC'.nin, Sri
Dhanashekaran and Lenin, Sri Prananda and Lenin. Nithyananda had
multiple conversations with Lenin alias Dharmananda The
conversation is as follows in Tamil. ( same is translated to english
also.)
_N: Hai Dham1a, Swamida karma, nalla irakeya?
N: "Hey Dharma, this is Swami dear. Are you doing fine?"

D: "I am fine. Please tell Swami."

Now i see the Non-Disclosure agrement shown by you, I
noticed that these NDAs were executed by Chitra Narang, Vidya
Vishwanathan, Lauren josee Rever, Arathi Sethumadhavan Rao, Vinay
Bharadwaj, Maye Gnaneshwan Nithyananda, Smt. Jamunarani@ Maa
Nithyasadananda signed on these NDAs as truste of Nithyananda
dhanananda peeta. I came to know about these documents _ after
Nithyananda expossure through TV when one such document signed by
a Nithyananda follower was given to me to return to her.Now I
recognise the signature of J amunarani @ Maa Nithyasadananda as the
signature made on the NDAs. Since she has signed some documents in
my presence.
