I have probable cause to believe that Terrill Timothy Wise, a Black Male DOB: XX/XX/87 Age: 25, committed one or more criminal offense(s). The facts supporting this belief are as follows: I was informed by victim D.G. that she and her 14 month old daughter were at their home at 40XX Lafayette. D.G. heard the front door being kicked in and called the police. She hid in the bathroom and awaited the arrival of the police. Officer N.B. and Officer J.B. arrived and N.B. entered the home. He observed the defendant and Jahon Anderson inside the home. When he confronted them, Terrill Wise began swinging his fists and a screwdriver at the officer. Jahon Anderson began swinging his fists and a board at N.B. N.B. was forced to fire his weapon. The Terrill Wise, Jahon Anderson, and N.B. continued to struggle and the defendants eventually were able to escape after the back door was shattered. Defendant attempted to flee in a vehicle and eventually was taken into custody. The defendant admitted to me that he participated in the burglary. Defendant has a prior conviction and is currently on probation in St. Louis County: nd st 09SL-CR09874-01 Burglary 2 II Property damage 1 for which he is currently on electronic monitoring. Defendant also has a pending misdemeanor for Possession of marijuana under 35 grams for which he is currently capias (1322-CR2660).
