Shared 1 These folders are fixed and controled by the system.

"Shared" is where the academiacs members share
Tutors 2 documents with each other. As a member joins group,
makes relationships with students/tutors these folders will

shared folders, the share recipeints will get an email

student a Tutor folder.

Study Groups 3. Session Folders

Physics Club
Everytime a user does a session in dimdim a folder is

takes goes into this folder.

4. Personal
Personal 4
Personal is a freeform folder area that the user can use to
upload documents to. These documents cannot be seen
Lesson Plans
by anyone but this user.

Course Cirriculum
Subfolders are not fixed and can be created, deleted and
named per the users desire.
