INTRODUCTION

Basically the 39G C.K.D. parts are packed in three packages: SKID 1 : Fan Housing Assembly completes with the fan assembly, which has been statically and dynamically to the requested operating fan speed. A built-up base on which all the remaining parts such as filter, panel frames etc. are stacked up and packed together in a proper manner. Assy Complete Coil which has been leaked, tested at 2,760 kPag dry air pressure while submerged in water.

REMARK The built-up base may be the fan section base or the base of the other sections or even the base for a C.B.U. (Complete-Built-Up version). After proper packing, it is export crated/skid shrink-wrap to avoid damaging the parts during transportation.
