A DEFRAUDED BY KAPOUSTIN MAN BEATS JOURNALISTS

An investor defrauded by Kapoustin rushed into the courtroom yesterday and attacked the
journalists. Kapoustin stood again before the court yesterday charged for
misappropriation of 509 mill old money [509,000 new - M.]

The defrauded man attacked one of the cameramen trying to break his camera. "Corrupt
tribe [it's an expression in Bulgarian which is very difficult to translate into English -
tribe meaning here a group of people, i.e. the journalists - M.], scoundrels" shouted the
outraged investor. The female journalists heard much stronger epithets, typical for the
girls working on the highways [the prostitutes]. The defense counsel of Kapoustin was
not passed by either. "I'll break your dirty little rotten head", promised her the investor.
Kapoustin appeared for the first time in the courtroom with his Canadian defense
counsel Eric Ponti [this was not true Eric Polten had not come from Canada],. The
court allowed his appearance after the recent alteration of the Law on Advocacy.

The Defense counsels of Kapoustin asked for alteration of his measure since he's been in
arrest for 4.7 years. He insisted the case to be heard at closed session because of the
assaults of the injured.

The court adjourned the hearing for today when it will decide whether to release him.
