    A is a hand grabbing a bag of ALMONDS.

    I is two laces for your SNEAKERS.

    U is scooping something up with a SPOON.

    E is the END of a rattlesnake's tail.

    O is someone's embarrassed face saying "OH", with a sweatdrop!

    KA is a CAR door slamming.

    KI is a pair of SKIS on a slope.

    KU is a CUCKOO bird's beak.

    KE is an old man using a CANE.

    KO is a lump of COAL.

    SA is someone sitting in the SAUNA.

    SHI is the head of a SHEEP.

    SU is a SUPER silly straw!

    SE is someone riding on a SEGWAY .

    SO is a SOARING bird.

    TA is TALKING - and it says it looks a little like the letters "T" and "A"

    written next to each other!

    CHI is a chubby CHEEK.

    TSU is a curling TSUNAMI!

    TE is like a TELEVISION antenna.

    TO is a thorn in your TONGUE!

    NA is a NAUTICAL knot.

    NI is a bending KNEE.

    NU looks like a NOODLE being eaten with new chopsticks!

    NE is a bird's NEST in a tree.

    NO is a little pug NOSE! HA is a happy guy laughing "HA HA HA!" while holding his stomach!

    HI is the HEEL of your shoe.

    FU is the face of a FOOLISH old man!

    HE is a steep slope into HELL. (This is the only letter which is the same

    in both hiragana and katakana.)

    HO is someone digging a HOLE.

    MA is a bag you take to MARKET.

    MI looks like a sideways fancy letter "H," but has a different

    MEANING!

    MU is a cow saying MOO!

    ME is a knife cutting into a MELON.

    MO is a little MONKEY tail with two ribbons.

    RA is RAW fish on your tongue!

    RI is RIBBED for her pleasure.

    RU is so RUDE! It chews with it's mouth open!

    RE is RESTING against a tree.

    RO is a thorny ROSE.

    YA is a mouth giving a small YAWN.

    YU is a YULETIDE ornament on a tree.

    YO is a YOKE for oxen.

    WA is a WALKING path around a tree!

    WO is a WORN out shirt that was stitched together.

    N is the letter N written in fancy script
