Implementing the lesson plan is the most important(and difficult) phase of the daily lesson planning cycle.

It is easy to get sidetracked by unplanned events. The teachers should remember that the original plan was designed with specific intentions in mind and the plan was based on the teachers diagnosis of the learning competence of the students.

Teachers may need to make certain adjustments to the lesson at this phase. Two reasons to deviate from the original lesson plan:

1.- The class is going badly and not producing the desire outcome 2.Something happened at the early phase of the lesson

For beginning teachers, it can be difficult to recognize that things are going badly. No teachers guide can anticipate problems that might occur during a class

When implementing lesson plan, teachers should monitore two important issues: lesson variety and lesson pacing. Variety in lesson delivery and activities will keep the class active and motivated, they can change the tempo of activities, change the class organization Activities should vary in the level of difficulty

To keep a good pace activities should not be so long or too short, and make clear transitions between each activity.
