    Native Speaker Person is generally a native speaker of a language and that this language will be spoken across all domains(home, school, social, community, etc) Types of Bilinguals: Stable BL: Generally use two langs. daily as the norm rather than the exception Attriting BL: Suffering from some aspect(s) of language attrition(ie. Reduced contact, environment etc) Developing BLs: Separated into 2 categories Elective BL Usually individuals Circumstances Elects to learn another lang. Circumstantial BL Usually groups Circumstances dictate learning another lang.
