VACC 15th Founding Anniversary Congratulatory Message

Fighting crime and corruption is shared undertaking of the government and citizens organizations working with a vigilant community. in this light, the Volunteers Against Crime and Corruption stands out as an exemplar of thoroughness, persistence and the strong will to uphold law and order. In many ways, the VACC has become our collective conscience and guide. Its core membership, which is made up mostly of victims of criminality, makes the VACC unique as a support group and advocate fighting the interrelated evils of crime and corruption -and helping build a society ruled by a clear and firm moral values. As the VACC observes its fifteen uninterrupted years of a truly remarkable service, we commend and thank its leaders and members for continuing to champion the citizens fight for good and right. We congratulate as well the five awardees from the Five Pillars of the Criminal Justice System whom the VACC will honor during its anniversary celebration on August 2, 2013. For the past 15 years, you have been the vanguard in fighting against corruption and crimes in our country. This representation recognizes you as my partner in alleviating, if not totally eradicating, pervasive corruption plaguing governmental institutions and the continuous increase of criminality in our country.
