Collateral damages is nothing personal and designed by the God's Natural Law. Public Defender, Matthew Gerber is another prosecutor. He is liar and total incompetent. Justice is not dictate by the "Right" but it has everything to do with Discrimination by race, politics and bully are blood related brothers and sisters (mph). "LAW" is eye's of beholder and US is WILD WILD WEST "LAW". I wish I don't have to stand up for myself. Despite that I don't have any intention to give up the good "fight". I or no one should have give up and lose hope for the what is "right" and "better".

    NOTICE OF FIRING MATTHEW GERBER, PD AS MY LAWYER

    Comes now Defendant Kay Kim, Pro Se, filed her NOTICE OF FIRING

    MATTHEW GERBER, PD AS MY LAWYER on the July 2, 2009 as follows and not

    limited :

    1. Special Judge Judith S. Proffitt orderd/dated June 15, 2009, Matthew

    Gerber be my PD and took away my self-represention right which given to me by Unite

    States Constitution.

    2. He has no interestd in defending my innocet and work with me. He

    doesn’t want me to go to trial.

    3. He has same attitude and goal in mind as the Judge Proffitt. Only to put

    me in a mental instituion as involuntary commitment. He told me to go to mental

    institution just like “DAVIS” and he will get me out from the place just like “DAVIS”.

    4. I repectfully request that the Judge withdraw her order and reinstate my

    right to self-representation and cancel the competency hearing.

    5. Eithrway, I’m filing the lawsuit in the federal court. I will not let my right

    to own representation without a fight all the way to United States Supremet Court.
