I am requesting funding for Calvert County Mobile Data Tenninals in the Fiscal
Year 2010 Commerce, Justice, Science Appropriations bill.

The entity to receive funding for this project is the Calvert County Department of
Public Safety, 175 Main Street, Prince Frederick, MD 20678. The funding would be used
to purchase mobile data tenninals in support oflaw enforcement and public safety around
Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant. I certify that I have no financial interest in the
project.
