I am requesting funding for the Engineering Support for Extended I-Iuman and
Robotic Space Flight Missions in fiscal year 2010. The entity to receive this program is
Texas Tech University, located at 19th and University Avenue, Mail Stop2131, Lubbock,
TX79404.

The Engineering SUppOlt for Extended I-Iuman and Robotic Space Flight Missions
initiative will provide engineering support for extended human & robotic space flight
missions, which will directly contribute to the President's (and NASA's) initiative of
