Services provided within the center meet the demand generated by the area. PART TWO Briefly describe your plans to achieve scale, sustainability and successful exit. Scale Plan Breadth: Through widespread popularity, more youth in the Erbil region will chose to attend and complete the Erbil Center Program successfully obtaining employment

within the community. Depth: The Erbil Center will provide attendees with networking, mentoring, and training that meets the needs of the current Erbil youth further developing their access to investment capital, needed skills and knowledge, and gain favorable attitudes towards entrepreneurial ship. Spread: Partnership with similar organizations within the region and abroad will further the organizations coverage and best practices. Sustaina bility Plan Exit Plan The organization will focus on behavior change amongst the youth and general public. By giving Erbil youth the necessary skills the job market will evolve and adapt to the regions needs. Through this evolution youth will gain independence, self -sufficiency, and monetary rewards. For true sustainability the organization aims to change attitudes of the local region. The Erbil center plans to prepare for its exit from the earliest stages of program design by developing partnerships and local linkages, local partnership organizations, and mentorship of program graduates. We plan to stagger and phase out of various program activities and resources allowing human capacity roles and relationships to evolve and continue after exit of the organization.
