Se trata de un documento de ordenacin de la implantacin turstica en una zona costera de ms de 30 Km. de longitud, identificando los espacios que deben ser objeto de proteccin mediambiental, y los que deben ser urbanizados para actividades de ocio. Dentro de stos, el detalle de la distribucin de usos, infraestructuras y equipamientos. El esquema propuesto parte de la existencia de una zona turstica semiconsolidada, pero carente de un esquema de ordenacin integral capaz de brindar al turista una imagen coherente del conjunto.

The scheme covers a coastal strip in the north of Cuba, 30 km. long, devoted to tourist resorts and environmental protection. Designating the different zones bound to leisure, infrastructure and lodging activities. The proposed layout takes into account the existence of a semi-consolidated touristic resort, but lacking of a global scheme able to offer to the tourists a coherent perception of the whole.
