    The following issues pertaining to the cranes installed in WRBM need to be rectified before the handover. 1.

    No approach/entrance to the crane from the walkway. No CORNER GATES provided to Enter/Exit from the CRANE SAFELY. 2. Trailing cable side platform is not extended up to the full width of the Crane i.e. Both Corners have very large openings, which is very UNSAFE. Platform should be at the same level throughout the width of the crane. Refer to Picture 3. It is very unsafe to cross the crane from panel side girder to trailing cable side girder. The platform between the two girders is not at the same level which very UNSAFE. Refer to Picture 4. Small junction boxes are mounted on the walk way. WALK WAYS SHOULD BE FREE OF ANY OBSTACLES WHICH MAY ENTANGLE/OBSTRUCT SAFE WALKING. They should be mounted on the side plates. . Refer to Picture 5. I beam joints for trailing cable needs to be grinded at the welded spots to match the bottom surface. . Refer to Picture 6. The staircases at various places have not been nut- bolted in addition to welding.

    NUT-BOLTING HAS TO BE PROVIDED TO ENSURE SAFETY. Refer to Picture


    7. Guide rollers are not heavy duty. . Refer to Picture 8. Approach/monkey ladders provided on the walkway at different places hits on the head of the person. Their railing has to be raised. . Refer to Picture 9. Passage through every column on the walkway has to be provided with slope tray. . Refer to Picture 10. Some of the stairs on the staircases to reach the crane have been badly bent. (charging bay F side near charging area) They need to be rectified.
