Sub:- regarding land acquisition for GulMohar at Dholi dhoob village Sir, I Yogesh Kumar s/o Sh Hari Ram has purchased a plot of 216 squire yards at Dholi Dhoob In Khasra No 249 at the rate of 3000/- per sq. yard. At the time of purchasing I investigated about the plot to many person and owner also but nobody has told me about your scheme so I purchased. Sir I have registered this plot in court also. The copy that registry also attached with this application also. Sir I am working in a private firm since 9 years with very small salary, out of this small salary I have saved some money and some I have borrowed from my relative in order to purchase a plot. At this time I was able to purchase a plot because I am 36 years old with two kids and I have also planned to construct a house at this plot within two year. So that I can enjoy my life in my own home. But it seems that your Gul Mohar scheme is destroying my dream as well as my life. If you acquire my plot then I can never own a house and my kids will live in rental house. So please think about those person who has same story as my and implement the scheme in such a way that no poor person get damaged their life. It is also clear that in this case you also made some mistake like registration of plot and information to citizen regarding to your scheme. It is also found that the administration or government is soft for resident of A block Raath Nagar. So I am also requesting to you to be soft in our case also. Thanking You
