The image takes up of the overall album cover; therefore its the focal point of our interest. This album cover uses conventions of the star image- as we are introduced to the band, how they dress and their British influences all through the mid to long shot. The heading is positioned at the bottom of the album, in italics which is different to the normal bold font used on star image covers- suggesting the alternative music that the band have to offer.

The album has a fresh appearance to it, which would stand out on shelves in music shops- therefore attracting the target audience. The use of a chaotic background is unusual, as most albums of this genre use a plain flat background, therefore adding another aspect which varies to the norm. The image of the artist is becoming increasingly important for this genre, as the look of the artist is important for audiences, as we are becoming more increasingly interested in what the artists look like and how they dress.
