Possible Answer : Even though some may discourage taking risks because they find it is either unnecessary or problematic, I find that it is essential and should be encouraged as long as the act of risk taking does not transgress moral boundaries, such as causing harm to others. Reminder : An absolute position (that all risk-taking should be encouraged) would be hard to defend.
