1. Currently working with Vendor of BAJAJ AUTO LTD, named as S.G.AUTO PARTS PVT. LTD,
Aurangabad as Production Engineer in Assly/Fabrication Line of Trailing Arm.
2. Worked with SKODA AUTO INDIA PVT. LTD. AURANGABAD as Trainee Engineer Production
(Line supervisor) in assembly Line of Volkswagens “Passat” car, Since July 2007 to Dec 2008.
“SKODA AUTO INDIA PVT. LTD.” is a well established multinational brand name in
the field of Automobiles (Cars named Superb, Fabia, Laura & Octavia,, and other Various Models
such as Passat and Audi etc. ) at its ultra modern and sophisticated assembly plant at MIDC, Shendra,
Aurangabad (MH).
JOB PROFILE (Assembly shop)
Meet the Production Target day-to-day basis. Analyze & immediate action of Production difficulties.
Monitoring the defects on Q.stations (such as Drive test,E-cos test, Roller test, water leakage test,CP6 & CP8
etc, root cause analysis and then taking counter measure.
Preparation of daily Torque Calibration & Torque Audit Reports.
Control of Special Processes to ensure only skilled workmen do the special process.
Daily monitoring and analysis of defects found on different Quality Check station on the line.
Implementation of TPM on shop floor.
Daily monitoring of Customer Complaints and then making an action Plan (6W2H) to eliminate it.
Implementation of Kaizan and Pokayoke at all possible stages on Line.
Preparing the Process sheets from process department and ensure the actual with given.
To ensure the inspection and Inspection sheets as per the original.
Maintaining the entire document related to Assly line such as OJT Sheets, Training Skill matrics, Own Team
Audit etc.
To control and communicate with logistic / PPC for unconformities such as material Shortage etc.
To control over the location and issue of materials to line as per the original.
Daily preparation of Production Vs Schedule and Losses Summary.
Giving daily reports to Senior persons of dept regarding problems faced and solved.
To preparing the Line Rejection and review the corrective action to avoid an extra.
Planning for elimination of Major Repetitive Defects for reduction of Repair Cost.
Monitoring the Customer complaint and taking Countermeasure to make it at zero Level, to reduce the Rejection Cost.
ACHIEVEMENTS
Reduce the cost per car of an indirect consumable process material from 414.30 Rs to 233.00 Rs
TRAINING
[1] The Training of tool calibration and maintaining the tool calibration report with the software “tools talk Acta” from
“ATLAS COPCO”, also Training of software “Elsa Win” providing guideline for various repair procedures model
Wise.
[2] The OJT of special processes during the improvement of assembly of Volkswagens “PASSAT” car.
[3] The Training of 5 Pillars of TPM (PM,QM,JH,KK & SHE) at Bajaj Auto Ltd,Aurangabad.
