A simplified calculation method where your Pin and Pay rank will be the same in each market unit and is determine by PV, PGV, OV, non-primary OV and qualified leg structure. Combine leadership legs in all market units for pin rank. You have unlimited potential for financial rewards by combining leadership downlines from all market units. Combine volume for qualification in all market units. You can combine personal group and organizational volume points from Nikken Consultants you have sponsored in other market units with the PGV and OV from your home market to increase your total monthly PGV and OV. I.

General
1. The Nikken International Consultant has elected to enter into this sponsoring program with an understanding of the policies and agrees to promote products and the business opportunity internationally in authorized countries or territories through proper personal orientation and customer service. 2. Before conducting Nikken business in a foreign country, the International Consultant must research and comply with all immigration, visa, employment, registration requirements, rules, tax requirements and other demands of the foreign country.

B. Eligibility to Become an International Consultant 1. Senior and above Consultants are eligible to become an International Consultant. 2. All International Consultant are responsible for researching and complying with all immigration, visa, employment, registration requirements, rules, tax requirement and other demands of the foreign country prior to conducting Nikken business in a foreign county,. 3. The International Consultant must also review the country pack and Nikken policies of the foreign country on myNikken.com. C. Rights Granted 1. Nikken Consultants are given a non-exclusive right to promote the company, products and business opportunity in any Nikken global market unit. 2. An International Consultant may sponsor persons who legally reside in any global market unit territory. D. Distributorship Status 1. The International Consultant status applies to all market units. Any change to the distributorship in the home market unit is applied to all market units. The changes include but are not limited to name, identification number, marriage, divorce, death, termination, purchase, delegation, resignation and expiration. 2. The term and duration of the international distributorship is subject to the renewal agreement annually required in the home market unit. The failure to file or comply with the requirements of renewal will result in the automatic termination of the distributorship and the right to distribute and sponsor internationally. The Consultant may submit a request for changing the home market unit due to change of residence. E. Compliance by Nikken Consultants with All Applicable Income Tax and Other Sales Laws 1. Nikken will provide a statement of earnings including international bonus for tax purposes to each International Consultant through the home market unit. 2. The Consultant accepts sole responsibility for other sales-related taxes, value-added taxes or income taxes due to sales and tax laws in each country where he/she conducts business. F. Authorized Sales Region The International Consultant may only sell Nikken products in their home market. G. Consultant Responsibility Regardless of the laws and regulation in any country or territory, Nikken Consultants are responsible for all Nikken policies in each market unit in which the Consultant has activity.

II. Ordering, Shipping

A. Product may not be purchased in other market units for resale. International Nikken Consultants may place orders in other market units strictly for personal use only, if they abide by the ordering and shipping policies of each market unit. B. The International Consultant is required to understand and abide by the ordering and shipping policies in each market unit.

Each Nikken market unit has a seamless point system compensation plan, operations system, training support and international sponsoring program. Consultants are welcome to enjoy the benefits of cross-country qualification to build a global business organization.

The Nikken International Marketing Plan offers Nikken Consultants tremendous opportunities to achieve financial well-being.

How to Qualify as an International Consultant

1. Achieve Senior rank or above in your home market unit. Ongoing Monthly Qualification The PV, PGV, OV, and non-primary leg OV requirements pertaining to your rank may be satisfied using the accumulated volume generated in other Nikken global market units. Sales volume in each market unit will be paid in the Consultants home country currency calculated at the current volume months exchange rate according to OANDA.com on the last business day of the month.

Business activity by any Consultant is not permitted in any country or territory that Nikken has not officially opened for business. In particular, the following rules must be observed: No selling or dispensing of samples. No advertising of any kind. No advance telephone listing. No establishment of a business office. No recruiting or training of potential Nikken Consultants under any circumstances. No pre-registering in any manner with the country selected. No completion of applications. No preliminary registration or commitment as a new Consultant, nor any document that commits a prospect to a sponsor. No public meetings or meetings in hotels.

Nikken reserves the right to establish additional policies and procedures that are applicable to a specific country. Any Consultant who desires to conduct business internationally must abide by Nikkens international policies.

Worldwide Pin Rank

An International Consultant's pin rank is the same in each market unit. Global pin rank is determined by all personally sponsored downlines in Nikken's global market units.

Worldwide Pay Rank

The pay rank of an International Consultant is the same in each market unit. An International Consultants qualified legs in any market unit are counted as qualified legs in all market units. International Consultants may use their combined worldwide PV, PGV, OV, non-primary leg OV and qualified leg structure for rank advancement.

International Bonus Payment

Monthly international bonuses are combined with the Consultant's home market bonus earnings, and are mailed by the 15th day of the following month. Consultants must review their bonus recap and report any discrepancies within 20 days. International bonuses are calculated in the currency of the country in which they are earned and paid in the Consultant's home country currency. The international exchange rate will be based on the OANDA.com rate on the last business day of the volume month. Please note that the currency exchange rate used for a particular countrys bonus payout may not be the actual exchange rate of that country. At the time a new market unit is established, Nikken determines which currency exchange rate will be used for that particular country with regards to bonus payout. Nikken assesses an international bonus maintenance fee for any month in which a Consultant has more than $25 international earnings. This fee is deducted from the international earnings, according to the Consultant's pay rank. A 10% to 25% withholding tax may be deducted from the international bonus if required by the laws or regulations of the host country. In accordance with U.S. Internal Revenue codes, Nikken may withhold a portion (up to 30%) of commissions/bonuses from United States income earned by foreign Nikken Consultants, unless eligibility for a legal tax exemption is demonstrated.
