GDM7240 is a highly integrated full band FDD monolithic LTE single-chip, supporting all FDD LTE bands. This compact solution includes an LTE baseband, high performance processor, a transceiver as well as an impressive array of peripherals for connectivity and multimedia. The integrated radio transceiver provides a configurable direct conversion multibandwidth functionality including all LTE bandwidths. Being fully compliant with LTE specification (3GPP Release 8), GDM7240 supports LTE Category 3 with high performance throughputs of 100Mbps downlink and 50Mbps uplink. With four RF port groups, this single-chip offers maximum quad-band terminal support and allows for many different frequency combinations, making it the superior choice for operators worldwide.
