Gaining the trust of the community begins with the teachers self-realization and reflections that there is a need

for a change in the system, and that change begins within us, by truthfully and carefully looking back to what and who we really are, our beliefs, our attitudes, our values, for what we are is what we will bring to the community and to our students, and that doesnt only creates relationship with our students but also to their parents, their families and the community, which creates impressions. In this self reflection we can tackle what we have done wrong, the biases we commit to affect the community, what influenced them why did they lost that trust. If we accept these facts and change it for better, we can create an atmosphere where the students, their families and the community have a better relationship. Knowledge and skills are also the dispositions to be an effective teacher. If they found out that their children were being taught well, these impressions will be lost and their trust will be regained. We can decrease their belief that learning only comes from nice schools.
