    Dear Arun Kiran,

    Each year, a number of employees are nominated by their Group Director in recognition of their exceptional performance during the previous 12 months. This achievement is rewarded by making exceptional performance grants under the Global Share Plan. I am delighted to tell you that you have been selected as one of our high performers in 2011 and will receive an award of 3000 in bwin.party share options. These options will be granted to you on or around 12 April 2012 and will be visible shortly after in your individual account within the Global Shares portal. After a vesting period of one year, the options will be released to you as shares which you are then free to do with as you wish. We would like to take this opportunity to personally thank you for your contribution, and wish you every success for your continued high achievements in the future.
