Preparation & Waterproofing System To clean the entire surface with high pressure waterjet to remove all dirt, loose particle and contaminants. Over the surface crackline of the existing protective screed panel, to cut 'V' groove along the cracks using diamond cutter, to mix Sikadur 52 part A Epoxy resin and Part B hardener of ration 2:1 by weight, fill up the cracks by gravity impregnation. To construct angle fillet of size 30mm x 30mm along the right angle joints of brickwall and RC roof slab with 1:4 cement/sand mortar. To cut 10mm x 10mm grooveline at 200mm high skirting over vertical brickwall to allow membrane to tuck into for termination of membrane and fill up gap with sealant. Waterproofing System 5 Supply and lay 1.52mm Thick reinforced Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) waterproofing system or other equal and approved, adhered to RC slab and sealed, all according with manufacturer's printed instruction 300mm High turn-up or turn-down at vertical surfaces (internal fascia) and secured to or concrete with batter strip and termination fasteners, complete with, sealant, splice tape or all necessary accessories (Along perimeter of reinforced concrete flat roof) Current Lanscape Area at Roof Top To supply tools and labour to remove soil from the lanscape garden To supply transportation to dispose the soil.
