 Wellness Advocate Promoted a sense of community and well being by encouraging a family atmosphere through the organization of social outings and participation in triathlon and running events. Identified a need for opportunities for interaction between new and existing staff, leading to the creation of a monthly breakfast organized by one staff member from every department. Empowered both students and staff to reach their potential through the development of a summer workout program, by charting results together online. Tech Ambassador Collaborated with the Director of Learning Design, to implement tech ambassador program at KAS. Supported teachers, administration, and parents in the development of 21st century learning skills by facilitating technology workshops and sharing resources. Promoter of Student Well-Being Collaborated with Elementary Guidance Counselor to spearhead an initiative to promote leadership opportunities for upper elementary students, while also encouraging character development.
