Write these action steps down on a 3-by-5 index card and read them every day for the next 21 days. For the next 30 minutes, answer the following questions. 2. How can you use each step at home? at work? socially? 3. Make a list of the things you would like to change about yourself. 4. Then list the benefits to you (and others) of each change. 5. Finally establish a timetable and commit yourself to make the changes
