Reflection:
My progress during this semester is: So far in the semester I think I have a made a lot of progress in my communication in team sports. I think that I am much more capable of using constructive criticism and helping other team members develop their skills on court, and encourage them to take risks while playing as they have done for me. I think that while we were practicing throwing Frisbees, playing ultimate Frisbee, and handball it was much easier for me to give people hints and help so that they could build up their skills, or even if it didnt make a difference I know that when someone told me I was doing a good job it made me feel more encouraged and want to keep trying.

Criterion D: Social skills and personal engagement


My target (s) for the next semester are/is: My targets for the upcoming units and semesters are to build up my reflection so that after each test and game I think about what I should do next to improve my skill level in the activity. For instance when we do tests about the mile, or the ball to the wall test, I want to be able to reflect more on what I can do to improve and also what I did wrong. I think acquiring this skill more will help me in the upcoming semester
