Sir, We the students of class Xii of your college beg to draw your attention to the fact that we are willing/eager to go on a study tour at Mahastangarh and Paharpur. These are two places of historical importance/these are historical places. A study tour will increase our knowledge (and widen our outlook). Moreover, the hectic class routine has made our life monotonous. (A tour is necessary to rejuvenate our spirit). Two of our teachers have agreed to guide the team. Our group consists of 16 members and we intend to spend two days there. The participants have contributed 1500 TK each. We think that we need 8000 TK more to meet the expenses.

We, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to sanction TK 8000 for the purpose and make necessary arrangements to make the tour successful.
