Vegetables are rich source of vitamins,minerals and roughage needed for our good health.There are a number of underutilized and un exploited vegetables around us which are very cheap and easily available. . Some of the underutilized vegetables that are known for their nutritional properties and horticultural potential shown in this photo are:
