Rotocone Vacuum Dryers
In direct heat rotary dryers a continuous
feed of wet particulate material is dried by
contact with heated air, while being
transported along the interior of a rotating
cylinder, with the rotating shell acting as
the conveying device and stirrer. We offer
rotary dryers in co-current (parallel) and
counter-current operation. In the former,
the wet material is exposed to the hottest
air, which enables heat sensitive or sticky
materials to be dried successfully. In the
counter-current operation dried material
is exposed to the hottest air helping to
achieve very low moisture content. The
hot gases may enter the dryer at very high
temperature.

Features :
• All contact parts of made out of SS 316 / SS 316 L quality Material
in GMP Models and Mild steel externals with SS 304 Internals in
standard Models.
• Shell Materials are with SS 316 / SS 316 L for GMP Models and SS
304 for Non – GMP Model.
• Jacket Materials are made out of SS 304 for GMP Models and MS
for Non – GMP Models.
• Cladding is made out of SS 304 for GMP Model and MS For Non-
GMP Model .
• Internal Finishing will be Mirror polish, and External finish will be
Mat finish.
• Cyclone Separators is Provided for all Models.
• Condenser and condensate Receivers are provided for all Models.
• Validation ports and nitrogen purge Nozzles are provided
• Can be designed to customers specifications requirements.
Optional:
• Dedicated fluid heating and circulating systems. These can be
steam or electrically heated. Fluid heating systems are available for
water as well as thermic fluid. ( for Temperature requirements
above 95º C )
