Encoding:

Encoding is the act of putting the message in a code; code is language (verbal or non verbal). Encoding : sender translates the message into symbols or language

Sender/Encoder:
As the source of the message, you need to be clear about why you're communicating, and what you want to communicate. You also need to be confident that the information you're communicating is useful and accurate.

Encoding in detail:
This is the process of transferring the information you want to communicate into a form that can be sent and correctly decoded at the other end. Sender/Encoder is a person who sends a message. He may be a writer or speaker depending on weather the message is written or oral. The sender composes his ideas by choosing symbols that suit the mode of a communication and that are likely to go the desired response.The sender should encode his message properly,clearly,correctly and completely.He should now where be vague.While encoding,the sender should give consideration to his receiver's attitude, culture and viewpoints.
