Dear Sir/Madam, Request for Sponsorship We, the Interact Club of Wycherley International School, intend holding our Installation Ceremony on 6th September 2011. This event, which is held annually, serves as the installation of the new interact board. The community service activities planned by our Club for the academic year 2011/12 are mostly focused around the plight of the differently enabled children in the country, and include donations to IDPs of basic necessities such as milk powder and soap, donation of IT equipment to IDP schools, and the conducting of health and skills camps for IDP students. We also intend arranging seminars and organising a school walk to raise awareness of this national issue. We would be most grateful if your organisation would agree to provide a banner for the above-mentioned event. The front page cost for the souvenir is Rs 5000. This souvenir will be distributed to 80 students from the interact clubs of various schools and the interact members of our school We look forward to a favourable response from you.
