What is the most difficult challenge it faces in conducting its research and designing its products? Explain. 2) In the end, IDEO creates great solutions for companies that then receive all the Credit. Should IDEO try to create more brand awareness for itself? Why or why Not? Explain.
IDEO has been a success story because of its research method. IDEO has managed to integrate the customer behavior and the life cycle of the products in which they are trying to design. The study of the consumers behavior called design thinking is primarily based on the customers and what they actively want. The important aspect of this is keeping customers actively interested in the product, the human element in the process is important. Behavioral mapping to assess and learn consumers attitudes within a certain area and also direct interaction with customers can never be underrated. It is an interesting process and best described by the head of IDEOs technology group we design from the outside in so that we can put customers first. The attention to the human element in relation to product life cycle is the primary source of success. One of its biggest challenges in the research phase will be with the customers, considering most of the research is mostly based on them. A large amount of success depends on the customers and interaction can certainly be a problem, the concept of human shadowing can also be ethically questioned. Some customers could feel their privacy being infringed upon and what not. Every process has its challenges but IDEO has built a fantastic research process that provides results.

IDEO primary business is to research, analyze, draw conclusions and advise. I feel like IDEO doesnt necessarily have to draw up any extra brand awareness to itself. It is a business of making suggestions and keeping other businesses happy. Right now you cant say anything

about the brand without the work and that is important. I think the reputation it is building itself within the business world is the best awareness you can get. Their services on itself doesnt offer end consumers a lot, the end consumers are the businesses that hire them. IDEO is a fantastic company that has done great work and building itself a real strong reputation for end results. I think thats enough.
