I am planning to do my fellowship program in management since I completed my Masters Studies.

During my masters thesis which wrote on performance engineering I became curious about the factors affecting a business process and the ways to improve it to make the business, do more with less. I chose to do fellowship program which oriented more towards practicalities of real world scenario than a typical PhD program. I am working as a management consultant for three years now and have exposure to the practical problems in the field which gave me a lot impetus to carry out research with the practical problems so as to add value to business and thereby adding value to society at large.
