I, the undersigned, fully understand that the directors, staff, nor the facility the pageant will be held shall
not be liable for property damage, loss of property, or personal injury any time during or subsequent to the
pageant, ie CCIA, Troop 41532, or Calhoun School. Any fees paid are non-refundable unless the pageant is
cancelled. I understand that categories may be split or combined due to participation numbers. The
judges decisions are final! I agree to pay all legal fees to collect any debts owed. I, undersigned, do hereby
release, authorize and permit my photos to be used for publicity, promotional, or commercial purpose in
conjunction with the Pageant. We reserve the right to refuse the entry to any contestant that behaves in an
inappropriate manner. We are not responsible for unforeseen occurrences that may be distracting to your
child during the event. Please be sure to inform your child that distractions may occur during the pageant.
