1. Mostly employees are well aware of the role and importance of training. 2.Time to time training is provided to all the employees. 3. Questionnaire and test is the means of evaluating the post training result. 4. Employees are self-motivated and dedicated to attend the training program.
Recommendations
1.Mostly
employees were satisfied with the kind of training organized in STFC. 2. There is need of retaining the zeal and enthusiasm at all levels of the organization. 3. There should be more focus on employees who are stressed. 4. Stress management programs should be organized.
