Nature always knows the best has always been the Homoeopathys creed. This book facial analysis and Homeopathy is an extension of this .The law of similars is also based on nature. This book is the result of marathon efforts by Grant Bentley ,Principal and senior lecturer of the Victorian college of Classical Homoeopathy,Australia. Facial analysis and Homeopathy is a combination and upgraded version of his previously published books; Appearances and Circumstance 2003 And Homeopathic Facial analysis 2006 Appearances and Circumstances is a better introductory book into the theory of facial analysis and miasms while the Homeopathic facial analysis deals with the practical facial analysis and is complementary to the previous book. The aim of this current book is to educate the reader -about the miasmatic theory -teaching a practioner or student how to use and observe signs of homeopathic miasmatic diagnosis -and explain the principles of human behaviour. -understanding the language of different facial expressions and reaching to a simillimum accordingly Author has very aptly quoted J H Allens book The Chronic Miasm and Pseudo Psora Which is an authority on miasms and is full of detailed description and examples that highlight the validity of facial features as an indicative basis in which to identify a miasm.

It says that how generally we see the landmarks of one of these chronic miasms stamped upon the organism. We see it in every feature and every physiological process.; in the shape and contour of the body ; upon the visual expression , the face, nose, ears, mouth, upon the hair ,its growth , lustre and general beauty or lack of it .we see it upon the skin in its colour and shadings, its local temperature, yes we can tell the miasm often by a touch ,by that response in our inner being , the mental the moral, even the spiritual, give us response to its presence and of its influence. Foubister also affirms his belief in an appearance trend. This book is continuation of the themes and work that originated with these stalwarts. Contents of the book are divided into 22 sections ranging from methodology , describing miasms, ,homoeopathic genetics, the pathology and miasm, new miasms, colour coding the miasms, facial features as indicator to the miasm, and how to use it in clinical practice, FAQS, last section deals with the photos and themes and it is concluded with bibliography. There is a very beautiful and interesting presentation of three basic miasms and three basic colours with their miasmatic interpretation. One really has to go through the contents to be familiar with the narration. Section of the book that takes up the FAQ.s solves many queries which arise during the process of learning this subject. Later half has various facial photographs with the interpretation of different features which enables us in better understanding. Making full use of this book will require lots of patience ,practice, keen observation and a very critical and analytical mind. The grand effort by GRANT BENTLEY needs to be applauded by us all.
