    Arrest made in Gross Sexual Imposition Kidnapping incident. Today wanted fugitive Orlando Bradford, of Cleveland, surrendered to Sex Crimes Unit Detectives at approximately 1:30 PM, at the Justice Center without incident. Bradford is accused in the Attempted Sexual Assault and Kidnapping of a juvenile victim at the Cleveland Public Library located at 325 Superior Avenue on Friday, November 8, 2013. Orlando Bradford was caught on surveillance video as he was fleeing from the scene. Bradford is currently being held in the Divisions Central Prison Unit, awaiting charges.
