CLEVELAND Today Michael McGrath, Chief of the Cleveland Division of Police and Bureau of Traffic Commissioner James P. Muhic, announced that officers will be operating a sobriety checkpoint in the Second District on Wednesday, November 27, 2013. The goal of the Division is to reduce the number of alcohol/impaired related accidents and to make the roadways safe for all drivers.
