This poverty reduction strategy paper, (PRSP): Growth and Transformation Plan 2010/112014/15 of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia was prepared by authorities of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. PRSPs are prepared by member countries in broad consultation with stakeholders and development partners, including the staffs of the World Bank and the IMF. Updated every three years, with annual progress reports, they describe the countrys macroeconomic, structural, and social policies in support of growth and poverty reduction, as well as associated external financing needs and major sources of financing. The views expressed in this document are those of the member country and do not necessarily reflect the views of the International Monetary Fund staff or the Executive Board of the IMF. The policy of publication of staff reports and other documents by the IMF allows for the deletion of market-sensitive information.
