    It has been noticed that, the sandwich panel storage is not acceptable, some of panels are damaged and

    there is no tag indication, during segregation of panels some of them are damaged. We instruction you to segregate the panels by tagging building wise and care to be taken while transportation and fixing operation to avoid any damage. Corrections/Corrective Actions: (Proposed by contractors representative and accepted by company site representative: This shall not release contractor from any of his contractual obligations ) Target Date !pproved and accepted by both" #ompany and #ontractor$s %ite representatives&: 10th September 2013. 'ote: In case #ontractor could not complete the committed #orrections( corrective actions on or before target date, a letter shall be issued to #ontractor regarding the same.
