Test Question Handout
Steps [58 mins.]
1) Literary Terms Handout Review [20 mins.]
Students completed a literary terms handout for homework a couple of classes
ago, and as a part of review, we will go over the answers in depth so that I can
answer any additional questions students may have.
2) Poll Everywhere Review [38 mins.]
During their Do Now, students will create two of their own test questions to be
used in the review game. The questions can be in the form of a T/F, short answer,
and/or multiple choice. The handout indicates that students must write two
different kinds of questions, and they must also provide an answer citing the page
number. Poll Everywhere is an interactive website to which students can submit
their answers with live postings. Students will use the website, Poll
Everywhere, to indicate their teams response, and the site will be projected on
the big screen. Students will already be assigned teams, and each individual will
have access to a laptop.
