What will your students do? i. I will introduce them with the idea of note taking and ask them what kinds of strategies they have used in the past to take notes. Then I will show them a video I found about taking notes and use one of the three methods they talk about in the video, mind mapping. I will then re explain mind mapping in depth. The following evidence will show that my students demonstrated an understanding for the essential goal for today a. The evidence will be from their mind maps and if the notes they took were effective or not. 7. I will pay close attention to the following students today because a. I will pay attention to students who have trouble paying attention in class, to those who struggle writing and to those who are ELL students. These might struggle understanding and getting their notes down. Some might also get distracted and I want to monitor and make sure to pay attention to whether they are grasping the concepts or not and that I am explaining things in depth.
