Al Meida an Agent of Mr. Perera dishonestly agreed with Mr.Fernando that he should purchase a marshy land 10 perches in extent at Nawala and sell it to Mr.Perera at a much higher price.Mr.Almeida promised Mr.Fernando to persuade Mr.Perera to purchase the land at the price Mr.Fernando would offer.
