Instructions

1. Select 10 parts for the study


1.1 The parts selected should be from the same process & preferably consecutively run parts to reduce part variation

2. Select 3 operators to take part in the study (could work with 2 operators as well)
2.1 The operators should familiar with the use of the gage.

3. Randomly number the 10 parts 4. Have the first operator "randomly" measure the 10 parts 5. The coordinator of the study should record all results into the worksheet 6. Have the next operator(s) repeat the the 10 measurements randomly 7. Enter the data into the spread sheet 8. Scroll to the bottom to see if the gage is considered a pass/fail.
