The ZA480 series inset approach and threshold light is a high intensity fitting that can be used as part of a supplementary, simple, alpha, or category I, II, and III (b) systems. Lightweight and robust, thanks to its aluminium alloy construction, it can provide 1500 hours of light at full intensity and over 350 under normal usage conditions. For use at the threshold and runway end, the ZA420 elevated uni-directional light is suitable for use in installations up to ICAO category III systems.
