Allison bases her lessons on appropriate division objectives and plans lessons that meet learning styles and the needs of diverse learners. She is working on improving her questioning techniques and summarizing the main ideas to end her lessons.

Allison is using practices in place to guide student behavior. At this time, there has been no need for an intervention plan. She is very responsive to students needs during class. She is working on better management during transitions.

The class has positively responded to Ms. Scarry as a teacher in our class. They look to her for guidnce and leadership. She is working on being more of a presence during class and setting clear expectations before teaching.

Allison is very professional, punctual, and prepared. She has a very positive attitude toward faculty, staff, parents and students and makes an effort to create relationships with all people involved in our building. She is a pleasure to work with and mentor in this very exciting process!
